TRYP in Wellington Certificated Wyndham Green L-5

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest hotel franchising company, announced that TRYP by Wyndham Wellington has achieved Level 5 Wyndham Green Certification, making it the first property amongst Wyndham’s Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim operational footprint to reach this significant accomplishment.

Wyndham is committed to doing its part to preserve the environment, and in recent years has elevated the importance of hotel engagement, contribution, and support though Wyndham Green. As part of Wyndham Green, a five-level certification program, hotels are measured and recognized for their progress and commitment in environmental sustainability. Started in 2019, this initiative tackles key issues like Climate Change, Energy Efficiency, Water Conservation, Waste Diversion and Biodiversity, all while supporting, monitoring, and reporting out on the efforts of the hotels. TRYP by Wyndham Wellington joins three other Level 5 certified hotels in APAC: Wyndham Chongqing Yuelai, Wyndham Grand Foshan Gaoming, and Wyndham Jingzhou, leading the way in sustainable hospitality.
